A brand new cross between Rudbeckia and Echinacea. The result are plants that have the appearance of Rudbeckia with the hardiness of Echinacea. We like to sometimes refer to this one as the chameleon because it is not always brown, depending on conditions it can look nearly orange. Summerina Brown is more compact than Pumpernickel or Butterscotch Biscuit, is is also the first to bloom in the spring. Excellent bold color addition to your garden. A butterfly favorite!
